Open plan living area
Our recently renovated living area contains a fully fitted kitchen with induction hob, oven and microwave, 2 refrigerators, a small freezer compartment in both, and a dishwasher, with all of the utensils and pans you require. We also have raclette and fondue for guest use and a Nespresso coffee machine. The table seats 10, and the sofas hug a beautiful large fireplace keeping the house warm and cosy. A large windows give an outstanding panoramic view of the mountains and valley below. The room has two large patio door leading to the balcony and the back garden.
Within this room there is also a TV which has major international channels along with Netflix,
Bedroom 1
Bedroom one is on the ground floor. It has a superking size bed (UK size). It also contains a double sofa bed, wadrobe and desk. It sleeps up to four people
Bedroom 2
Bedroom two is on the top floor, reached by a spiral staircase. It has a UK Kingsize Bed, a wardrobe and a chaise lounge. The window has a beautiful view of the Santis. It sleeps two people.
Bedroom 3
Bedroom three is on the first floor, adjacent to the living area. It contains one UK kingsize bed and a double wardrobe. It sleeps 2.
Bedroom 4
Bedroom four is on the first floor adjacent to the living room. It has a UK double bed. It contains a chest of drawers and a small sofa.
Bathrooms
On the ground floor is a newly renovated shower room, which has a heated towel rail and underfloor heating. On the first floor, adjacent to the living area is a bathroom with bath, handheld shower, sink and toilet. There is a hairdryer available for guest use.
Balcony
With unbeatable views, our new balcony with glass balustrade makes the most of every moment – we even have an outdoor table tennis table here. Leading off the kitchen its the perfect place to take your morning coffee
Rear Garden
Our recently renovated rear garden is full of sun all day, and gives you privacy. Containing a table which seats 8 in addition to a coffee table that turns into a dining table and chairs. We have a BBQ here and festoon lighting to make the most of every evening with a roll out awning sunshade to keep you cool when it gets too hot!
Parking
We have two parking spaces directly in front of the house and one slightly to the side. The garage can also fit one small car.
